How Do I Book My Cleaning?
When booking a cleaning ask yourself. When was the last time your house has been professionaly cleaned? If it has been more than a year. It would not be fair to our staff and you. To try to do a regular clean for a house that instead needs a deep clean.
When Should I Select A regular clean vs Deep Clean?
If your house is smaller or equivalant than 2 bed 2 baths. You should select a regular clean. If your house larger than 2 bed 2 baths. You are REQUIRED to select a deep cleaning.
Which Service Do You Recommend For First Time Clients?
A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleanings by MI CASITA CLEANING. This allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean , most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.
What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
Monday - Friday: 7am- 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 9am - 5pm
Will The Same Cleaner Come Every-Time?
Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have a personal life and can get sick, or request a leave. If that occurs we'll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.
What if something breaks?
This rarely occurs but accidents happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.
Do I Have To Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive or Depart?
You don't have to be home for either of these sceneraios. However if its your first time using our cleaning services. intrroductions always help develop personable relationships with your home cleaner.
Can I Leave A Key?
Yes you can! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we're not holding you up if there's traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.
